dcm4che uses the fantastic issue tracking system from Atlassian (they also developed this wiki), called JIRA.  You can use our JIRA system to submit bugs and enhancement requests for any of the dcm4che products.  Of course there are also the forums for questions and discussions.

When reporting bugs, or requesting enhancements for dcm4che, it is helpful to the developers if you are as descriptive as possible.  Simply saying that something doesn't work is not sufficient for the developers to troubleshoot the issue.

Strive to include as much of the following information as possible (keeping in mind that some things may not apply to your issue):

• Operating system and JDK version
• Version of dcm4che or dcm4chee
• Description of the issue
• Stack trace (if any)
• DEBUG-level log messages
• Sample code or files to reproduce the issue

 Of course, a patch which resolves the issue would be much appreciated as well!
