    Use Maven classifier to distinguish DB specific versions instead of using DB specific artifactId.

    Also change file and directory name in distribution package from dcm4chee-arr-<db>-<vers>.<ext> to dcm4chee-arr-<vers>-<db>.<ext> to follow Maven convention of ${artifactId}-${version}-${classifier}
