 Description

C-FIND RSP contains Other Patient ID Sequence if PIX Query is configured, also if the original C-FIND RQ did not contain a return key for it.
As a consequence, the client may include the Other Patient ID Sequence in created Evidence Documents (e.g. Secondary Capture images) stored to the archive, which causes the archive to append specified Other Patient IDs to the Patient Record associated with the Study, to which the Evidence Document is stored (s. DCMEE-158 Closed ). Such internal stored linkage of Patient IDs may become out-of-sync with the Patient ID linkage managed by the external PIX manager.
