Parameters:

attributes - an attributes object containing the Component Types Sequence (see ComponentTypesSequence)

Returns:

a wrapper object implementing the ComponentTypesSequence.Holder interface.

Returns:

a ComponentTypesSequence.Holder.Builder to create Component Types Sequence Items with a fluent API.
