Parameters:

attributes - an attributes object containing the IOL Power Sequence (see IOLPowerSequence)

Returns:

a wrapper object implementing the IOLPowerSequence.Holder interface.

Returns:

a IOLPowerSequence.Holder.Builder to create IOL Power Sequence Items with a fluent API.
