Parameters:

attributes - an attributes object containing the Ion Block Sequence (see IonBlockSequence)

Returns:

a wrapper object implementing the IonBlockSequence.Holder interface.

Returns:

a IonBlockSequence.Holder.Builder to create Ion Block Sequence Items with a fluent API.

Parameters:

attributes - the Attributes to be wrapped by the IonBlockSequence.Holder.Builder.
