Parameters:

attributes - an attributes object containing the Pixel Representation (see PixelRepresentation)

Returns:

a wrapper object implementing the PixelRepresentation.Holder interface.

Returns:

a PixelRepresentation.Holder.Builder to create Pixel Representation Items with a fluent API.
