Parameters:

attributes - an attributes object containing the PTO Representation Sequence (see PTORepresentationSequence)

Returns:

a wrapper object implementing the PTORepresentationSequence.Holder interface.

a PTORepresentationSequence.Holder.Builder to create PTO Representation Sequence Items with a fluent API.
