Parameters:

attributes - an attributes object containing the Recorded Channel Sequence (see RecordedChannelSequence)

Returns:

a wrapper object implementing the RecordedChannelSequence.Holder interface.

a RecordedChannelSequence.Holder.Builder to create Recorded Channel Sequence Items with a fluent API.
