Parameters:

attributes - an attributes object containing the VOI LUT Sequence (see VOILUTSequence)

Returns:

a wrapper object implementing the VOILUTSequence.Holder interface.

Returns:

a VOILUTSequence.Holder.Builder to create VOI LUT Sequence Items with a fluent API.

Parameters:

attributes - the Attributes to be wrapped by the VOILUTSequence.Holder.Builder.
