Parameters:

attributes - an attributes object containing the Channel Display Sequence (see ChannelDisplaySequence)

Returns:

a wrapper object implementing the ChannelDisplaySequence.Holder interface.

Returns:

a ChannelDisplaySequence.Holder.Builder to create Channel Display Sequence Items with a fluent API.
