Interface ThresholdSequence.Holder

All Superinterfaces:

org.dcm4che.typeddicom.AttributesWrapper

All Known Implementing Classes:

AdvancedBlendingSequence.Item, ThresholdSequence.SimpleHolder

Enclosing class:

ThresholdSequence

public static interface ThresholdSequence.Holder
extends org.dcm4che.typeddicom.AttributesWrapper

A class implementing this interface can hold attributes which contain the DICOM tag "Threshold Sequence" (see ThresholdSequence)

Method Detail

wrap

static ThresholdSequence.Holder wrap(org.dcm4che3.data.Attributes attributes)

Parameters:

attributes - an attributes object containing the Threshold Sequence (see ThresholdSequence)

Returns:

a wrapper object implementing the ThresholdSequence.Holder interface.

builder

static ThresholdSequence.Holder.Builder builder()

Returns:

a ThresholdSequence.Holder.Builder to create Threshold Sequence Items with a fluent API.

builder

static ThresholdSequence.Holder.Builder builder(org.dcm4che3.data.Attributes attributes)

Parameters:

attributes - the Attributes to be wrapped by the ThresholdSequence.Holder.Builder.

Returns:

a ThresholdSequence.Holder.Builder to create Threshold Sequence Items with a fluent API. Instead of creating new Attributes it wraps the provided Attributes.

getThresholdSequence

default ThresholdSequence getThresholdSequence()

Returns:

the Threshold Sequence (see ThresholdSequence)

newThresholdSequence

default ThresholdSequence newThresholdSequence(int initialCapacity)

Adds a new Threshold Sequence. (see ThresholdSequence)

Parameters:

initialCapacity - the initial capacity for the new Threshold Sequence

Returns:

the newly created ThresholdSequence.

ensureThresholdSequence

default ThresholdSequence ensureThresholdSequence(int initialCapacity)

Adds a new Threshold Sequence (see ThresholdSequence) if it does not already exist. (see Attributes.ensureSequence(int, int)

Parameters:

initialCapacity - the initial capacity (see ArrayList(int)) if a new Threshold Sequence is created.

Returns:

either the already existing Threshold Sequence (see ThresholdSequence) or a new one with capacity initialCapacity.

ensureThresholdSequence

default ThresholdSequence ensureThresholdSequence()

Adds a new Threshold Sequence (see ThresholdSequence) with initial capacity 1 (see ensureThresholdSequence(int)) if it does not already exist.

Returns:

either the already existing Threshold Sequence (see ThresholdSequence) or a new one with capacity 1.

containsThresholdSequence

default boolean containsThresholdSequence()

Returns:

whether it contains the Threshold Sequence (see ThresholdSequence)

removeThresholdSequence

default void removeThresholdSequence()

Removes the Threshold Sequence (see ThresholdSequence
