Parameters:

attributes - an attributes object containing the OOI Owner Sequence (see OOIOwnerSequence)

Returns:

a wrapper object implementing the OOIOwnerSequence.Holder interface.

Returns:

a OOIOwnerSequence.Holder.Builder to create OOI Owner Sequence Items with a fluent API.

Parameters:

attributes - the Attributes to be wrapped by the OOIOwnerSequence.Holder.Builder.

Adds a new OOI Owner Sequence (see OOIOwnerSequence) with initial capacity 1 (see ensureOOIOwnerSequence(int)) if it does not already exist.

Returns:
