Parameters:

attributes - an attributes object containing the Performed Series Sequence (see PerformedSeriesSequence)

Returns:

a wrapper object implementing the PerformedSeriesSequence.Holder interface.

a PerformedSeriesSequence.Holder.Builder to create Performed Series Sequence Items with a fluent API.
