Parameters:

attributes - an attributes object containing the Analog Filter Type Code Sequence (see AnalogFilterType)

Returns:

a wrapper object implementing the AnalogFilterType.Holder interface.

Returns:

a AnalogFilterType.Holder.Builder to create Analog Filter Type Code Sequence Items with a fluent API.
