Parameters:

attributes - an attributes object containing the Cell Values Sequence (see CellValuesSequence)

Returns:

a wrapper object implementing the CellValuesSequence.Holder interface.

Returns:

a CellValuesSequence.Holder.Builder to create Cell Values Sequence Items with a fluent API.

Parameters:

attributes - the Attributes to be wrapped by the CellValuesSequence.Holder.Builder.

Returns:
