Parameters:

attributes - an attributes object containing the Ion Wedge Sequence (see IonWedgeSequence)

Returns:

a wrapper object implementing the IonWedgeSequence.Holder interface.

Returns:

a IonWedgeSequence.Holder.Builder to create Ion Wedge Sequence Items with a fluent API.
