Parameters:

attributes - an attributes object containing the Used Segments Sequence (see UsedSegmentsSequence)

Returns:

a wrapper object implementing the UsedSegmentsSequence.Holder interface.

Returns:

a UsedSegmentsSequence.Holder.Builder to create Used Segments Sequence Items with a fluent API.
