Parameters:

attributes - an attributes object containing the Gated Information Sequence (see GatedInformationSequence)

Returns:

a wrapper object implementing the GatedInformationSequence.Holder interface.

Returns:

a GatedInformationSequence.Holder.Builder to create Gated Information Sequence Items with a fluent API.
