Parameters:

attributes - an attributes object containing the Source Instance Sequence (see SourceInstanceSequence)

Returns:

a wrapper object implementing the SourceInstanceSequence.Holder interface.

a SourceInstanceSequence.Holder.Builder to create Source Instance Sequence Items with a fluent API.
