Parameters:

attributes - an attributes object containing the Participant Sequence (see ParticipantSequence)

Returns:

a wrapper object implementing the ParticipantSequence.Holder interface.

a ParticipantSequence.Holder.Builder to create Participant Sequence Items with a fluent API.
