      Parameters:
      initialCapacity - the initial capacity for the new MR Echo Sequence

      default MREchoSequence ensureMREchoSequence(int initialCapacity)
      Adds a new MR Echo Sequence (see MREchoSequence) if it does not already exist. (see Attributes.ensureSequence(int, int)
      Parameters:
      initialCapacity - The initial capacity (see ArrayList(int)) if a new MR Echo Sequence is created.
      Returns:
      Either the already existing MR Echo Sequence (see MREchoSequence) or a new one with capacity initialCapacity.

      Adds a new MR Echo Sequence (see MREchoSequence) with initial capacity 1 (see ensureMREchoSequence(int)) if it does not already exist.
