      Either the already existing Drive Probe Sequence (see DriveProbeSequence) or a new one with capacity initialCapacity.

      Adds a new Drive Probe Sequence (see DriveProbeSequence) with initial capacity 1 (see ensureDriveProbeSequence(int)) if it does not already exist.
