Parameters:

attributes - An attributes object containing the HPGL Pen Sequence (see HPGLPenSequence)

Returns:

A wrapper object implementing the HPGLPenSequence.Holder interface.

a HPGLPenSequence.Holder.Builder to create HPGL Pen Sequence Items with a fluent API.
