attributes - An attributes object containing the Stage Code Sequence (see StageCodeSequence)

Returns:

A wrapper object implementing the StageCodeSequence.Holder interface.

a StageCodeSequence.Holder.Builder to create Stage Code Sequence Items with a fluent API.
