Parameters:

attributes - An attributes object containing the VOI LUT Sequence (see VOILUTSequence)

Returns:

A wrapper object implementing the VOILUTSequence.Holder interface.

a VOILUTSequence.Holder.Builder to create VOI LUT Sequence Items with a fluent API.
